Tech IT Recruitment was established by IT professionals that have over 15 years of technical and managerial experience in their fields, with a vision and aim to make the recruitment process efficient and less time consuming to all our clients.

To make sure our clients get the right person to their teams we use IT professionals to recruit IT professionals.

As IT professionals that has been through the process of recruiting staff for our teams numerous times during our careers, we realised that the CVs we receive for certain roles contain all the right keywords. However on the first professional interview with the majority of the candidates we came to the understanding, that candidates filtering cannot be done by keywords only.
