Recruitment Tip #3 – Background check notification rules must be followed

Applicants must be notified as to what background checks will be used during recruitment process, and permission must be granted to proceed. The reason must also be stated. If candidates are rejected on the findings of a financial report, they must be informed and given the chance to challenge these findings.
